To determine how many collectors you should use in your case go to Sizing
4x12 Polypropylene solar panels are $223 each
For each collector you'll need the rubber connectors, mounting block, and a strap bracket for $24.00 per collector. See this link for pictures of what these parts look like.
For each bank of solar panels you'll need the CPVC adapters that let you connect the rubber(epdm) solar panel connectors to pvc pipe as well as 2 additional rubber connectors and some misc parts. $38 per bank of solar panels.
Then you'll need about 9 feet of strap over the panels per panel. $3 per collector.
If there's a roof vent or chimney you need to plumb the panels past you need a split row kit $45. If it is just a cold plumbing vent then you can fit it between 2 collectors using 2 long rubber sleeves included with the system kit.
We can ship to you from LA, San Diego or from New Jersey by UPS. The cost is $25 per collector including all the above.
Auto controls packages from $340 delivered (including control, motorized valve and sensors) depending on the system design we'll come up with .
Plumbing kits designed case by case. See the picture and links on the schematic page. Specific plumbing schemes and prices are listed there but let me specify the design for you. You want me to take the liability for the design. Design it yourself or let your pool builder if he wants to guarantee everything for 10 years.
Shipping to Canada is about $10 more than in the US but there's an extra $30-60 Can. single charge for border brokerage on the entire shipment, not per panel. UPS brokerage collects that when they collect the GST or HST from you.
Shipments to Hawaii can be done collect by Honolulu Freight Services at a cost of approximately $35 per collector.
